As we celebrate 90 years of service, we’re reflecting on the core values that have shaped who we are and at the heart of RLF is a simple but powerful principle: giving back to the communities where we live and work.

In honor of Global Volunteer Month, we’re proud to share a special video that shines a light on the people and passion behind RLF’s Philanthropy Committee. This video celebrates several of our incredible team members as they speak about the causes that inspire them and why community involvement matters deeply to who we are as a firm.

Whether through architecture, interior design, engineering, or outreach, we believe in using our time, talents, and treasure to create a lasting, positive impact. That belief is more than just words, it’s backed by action:

In 2024, Orlando Business Journal named RLF one of Central Florida’s Most Philanthropic Companies, ranking:

• #12 in Employee Volunteer Hours

• #18 in Most Donations

In 2025, we introduced a new employee benefit: 8 hours of paid volunteer time annually, empowering our team members to support the causes they care about most. We’re especially proud of our long-standing support for local organizations such as:

• A Gift for Teaching
• American Cancer Society
• American Heart Association
• Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida
• Cannonball Kids’ cancer Foundation
• Second Harvest Food Bank
• Habitat for Humanity Winter Park-Maitland
• Hunger Project
• Ronald McDonald House
• Sarah’s Sporting Clays Against Cancer
• Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida
• Straight Street
• The ALS Foundation
• United Veterans of Florida
• YMCA of Central Florida
• And many more…

Giving back has always been a part of our story. It’s how we honor our past, strengthen our present, and build a better future.
