Position Summary/Objective: Responsible for administering all phases of project through construction. Has primary responsibility for budgeting, owner/ architect and sub-consultant contracts, invoicing, negotiating fees, scheduling, planning and design, specification, and contract documents on a given project with authority to direct, control, and monitor all activities. This individual needs to be self-motivated and work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Ability to take direction and work self-sufficiently
Coordinate the work of internal team members and external consultants
Attend and lead client meetings
Travel: This position will require travel to attend client meetings and conduct site visits
Minimum Qualifications:
12+Years of Healthcare Experience with increasing responsibility
Experienced Leader with ability to set, monitor and accomplish tasks.
Experience doing fee proposals required.
Manage solutions within cost and time parameters
Outstanding visual and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative environment with fellow Architects and Engineers.
Experience with AHCA criteria.
Basic Computer skills – Management of Revit platform projects a plus.
The candidate must be willing and able to travel on an airplane.
This candidate must be physically able to conduct field surveys in buildings and job sites.
Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future for employment visa status.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with DOD fee proposals
Health Care experience
License to practice architecture in the State of Florida
Graduate degree from an accredited school is a plus
